About the Role

We’re seeking skilled Remote Infrastructure Security Engineers to design, build, and maintain secure network systems that power cutting-edge infrastructure. Job Responsibilities

• Secure Infrastructure: Troubleshoot bugs to ensure robust system security and operational efficiency.
• Optimize Systems: Update and enhance software for peak performance across network environments.
• Design Security Controls: Architect and implement defensive measures for endpoints and collaborative tools.
• Protect Communications: Deploy email security protocols (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC, attachment sandboxing).
• Enhance IAM: Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen identity access management (IAM) and device security.
• Innovate Solutions: Research new platforms, vendors, and architectures to elevate security infrastructure.
• Drive Impact: Implement strategic updates to network protection plans.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in cloud security, systems security, or site-reliability engineering (exceptions for exceptional talent).
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise managing security across Windows, MacOS, and Linux platforms.
• Threat Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure.
• Automation Proficiency: Skilled in tools like Terraform, Packer, or Desired State Configuration.
• Scripting: Strong knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Communication: Fluent in English for effective collaboration.
• Availability: Full-time commitment (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with US time zones.
