Remote Graphics and Motion Designer

We are on the hunt for a talented Graphics and Motion Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to brainstorm and craft high-quality video content and graphics that align with our branding goals. Using visual effects, animations, and cutting-edge techniques, you’ll create stunning artwork for social media, web design, television, and innovative print and digital marketing materials. What You Will Do

• Design and deliver still and motion graphics for various platforms and media.
• Partner with art and creative teams to choose audio, video, colors, and animation styles for graphic design projects.
• Edit video footage, adding effects and elements to elevate motion graphics.
• Stay current with the latest graphic design techniques and industry trends.
• Create and design materials for print, digital marketing, and other campaign concepts.
• Develop campaign visuals, contributing to layout, typography, and photography decisions.
• Craft visual elements like logos, original images, and illustrations to convey compelling messages.
• Collaborate across teams to produce additional visual resources as needed.
• Join regular design reviews with Product Designers and Marketing, plus weekly feedback sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Draft social media posters, banners, flyers, and more, securing approval from our Design Lead.
• Use team feedback to refine and enhance design projects.
• Continuously improve your design skills and expertise in animation techniques.
• Assist in creating animation storyboards and preparing conceptual layouts for still and motion graphic projects.
• Provide accurate time estimates for each phase of the design process.
• Help select appropriate audio, graphic styles, and animation approaches for projects.

What You Should Have

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video production, with a robust portfolio showcasing sample projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team.
• Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar design tools.
• A sharp eye for design and aesthetics.
• Capability to understand and apply brand style guidelines consistently.
• Creative problem-solving skills to tackle challenges through visual design.
• Adept at mediating creative conflicts to deliver the best solutions.
