Koboweb GreenTech Group is seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Web Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that align with KGTG’s mission to revolutionize agriculture through technology. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that address the unique challenges of the agricultural sector. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of farming operations, enabling farmers to adopt modern practices seamlessly.

Location

This position is based in Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria. However, KGTG offers flexibility with remote work options, allowing candidates from various locations to contribute to the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Front-End Development: Implement user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
  • Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or PHP, and manage databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
  • API Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design prototypes into functional web applications, and coordinate with project managers to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Security and Performance Optimization: Implement best practices to ensure application security, optimize performance for speed and scalability, and conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality.
  • Testing and Debugging: Perform comprehensive testing to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring the reliability and robustness of applications across various platforms and devices.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Front-End: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
    • Back-End: Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or PHP, and familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
    • Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative development.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in fullstack web development, preferably within the agrotech or related industries.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a diverse team.

Salary

Koboweb GreenTech Group offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦200,000 to ₦500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
