Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document data from bot conversations to optimize performance.
• Identify patterns, trends, and conversational flows in chatbot interactions.
• Partner with system architects and programmers to design innovative AI chatbot applications.
• Design and develop conversational chatbots tailored to client needs.
• Implement strategies and processes to improve end-user experience in customer-facing AI projects.
• Define recurring questions and automate chatbot responses for efficiency.
• Support multilingual chatbot capabilities to cater to diverse audiences.
• Create and deploy internal testing tools to ensure seamless chatbot functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in chatbot development and customer-facing production projects (exceptions for exceptionally talented AI developers).
• Deep expertise in the AI chatbot development landscape, including tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, Ruby, or similar.
• Familiarity with recommendation algorithms used in e-commerce and advertising technology.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Fluency in English for effective communication in a global team.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with U.S. time zones.
