You’ll represent CAIZ, moderate conversations, and build a vibrant community around our brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
• Create compelling text, image, and video content for social media platforms.
• Respond promptly to comments and customer inquiries.
• Monitor feedback, online reviews, and community sentiment.
• Organize events to boost brand awareness and strengthen community ties.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams for consistent messaging.
• Partner with Development and Sales to highlight new products and features.
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
• Stay current with digital technology trends and blockchain innovations.

Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years in a Community Manager role.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain (preferred).
• Proven experience as a community manager in a professional setting.
• Track record of launching community initiatives (e.g., online forums, ambassador programs, event series, newsletters).
• Ability to track and analyze community metrics (e.g., event attendance, engagement rates).
• Hands-on experience managing social media for brands.
• Skill in interpreting website traffic and online engagement data.
• Familiarity with online marketing and marketing channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook 365, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Level of Studies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
